We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Life Insurance Product & Marketing Associate to join our team. You will work closely with our Head of Life Insurance and the CEO of our Doctors’ Financial Services business to deliver product initiatives across our Life Insurance business and develop campaigns and strategies to drive life insurance sales. You will also provide marketing support to our Wealth Management and Financial Advisory offering.
This is a permanent, full time opportunity and will be based in our Sydney CBD Head office.
The opportunity will see you:
- Assist in the delivery of our life insurance offering by providing product support across a range of projects and initiatives, including the launch of a new and innovative life insurance product to our members;
- Execute our life insurance marketing strategy through the development of marketing promotions and campaign management;
- Development of product and marketing collateral, documentation and promotions for our Life Insurance and Wealth Management offerings;
- Monitor of competitor pricing and product features and advise recommendations for future product development initiatives;
- Support the development and maintenance of the content on our Life Insurance and Wealth Management websites;
- Provide support to our business development team for local, state and national events; and
- Marketing administration support.
To be successful in our team, you will have:
- A strong understanding of life insurance gained from previous experience in a senior administration/operational role within a life insurance business. Previous life insurance product experience will be highly regarded;
- A strong desire to learn the skills and knowledge to develop a career in life insurance product management;
- An interest in marketing and previous experience in writing customer facing collateral and communications;
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications highly regarded;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Great organisational skills, taking pride in getting things right and following them through to completion;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities;
- Strong administrative skills with high computer literacy in Microsoft suite.
