About the role:
We are seeking a Strategy Analyst to be based in our Sydney CBD office. This role has been created to support the strategy and initiative delivery through strategic insights and data-driven decision-making for the Medical Indemnity business line.
The key responsibilities include:
- Analyse market trends and opportunities through competitor analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and align strategies.
- Conduct research to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate on the development of strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic thinking and planning processes.
- Apply both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in an analytical or numerate discipline.
- Prior experience in management consulting or the insurance industry is preferable.
- Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial projections and analysis.
- Understanding of key business drivers, their impact on the business and using this information to drive informed decision making.
- Strong time management and resource prioritisation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
